Use this page to plan your week.

You have 4 things you can do for each day:

Highlight: Here you write down what you want to do for sure today. Grateful: Write down one thing you are grateful for. Let go: Write down one thing that is bothering you and that you want to get rid of. Tasks: Here you can plan every single day in blocks, like in the example.

Press the button to create a new block. If you want the block to be longer, just press "Enter".

Reflect At the end of the week you can reflect on your week and write down what your 🏆Win of the week is, what you 📈learned and what is a nice 🧠Memory you want to keep.

There is also an area at the bottom of the template for Tasks you want to do every day.

And there is also a part where you can write down your Goals for the week.
