The template explains by itself

  1. Create a new Page for every night or use the Button (Go To Bed) to create a new page at the exact time when you go to bed

  2. Enter the date in the title

  3. Enter the date and exact time when you went to bed and when you got up (When you use the button, you just have to mark the time you wake up)

  4. In the Gallery-view under the title “today”, you can enter the entry for today (It will add the date automatically, you just have to change the time)

  5. You can enter the quality of the sleep you got with the select tool (🟢🟡🟠🔴)

  6. When you make a new entry, make sure to click the button “New Day” inside the page
