don't touch this page!! on this page the original database is stored in which you save your infos. If they you delet it, all your infos are gone! in the whole template you will only find "linked views" of the Database. That means it is the same database but not the original one. If you delete a “linked view”, you can get a copy here.
Otherwise don't go to this page!

In this part I will explain you how exactly to add a new Bill and what you have to consider. Don't worry it's not that much
To add a new Bill press the “+” and name your new bill
After that, open the page
Now you can fill in everything from top to bottom. Connect the Bills with a category and when you have to pay it for the first time (Due). You have 4 options how to add the price (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, One Time Payment). It depends on what info you have (maybe you know how much it costs per year, but you have to pay it every month). Then you specify in which rhythm you have to pay the bill (Circle). You can choose between monthly quarterly, yearly, bi-yearly (2 times a year) and One Time . This is crucial because it will show you how the billing is.
It doesn't matter what you have entered in the price. It doesn't matter if you have entered the monthly price, the quarterly price or the yearly price. The formula automatically calculates how much you have to pay per payment transaction.
If you ad a One Time Payment, it will divide the price by 12 to get the monthly cost.
Whenever you enter a new Bill, you specify when you have to pay it for the first time (due). depending on how your payment cycle is (monthly, quarterly, etc.), the next date is calculated (next due).
As soon as the due date is reached and you have to pay, you take the date it shows you at “next due” and enter it at “due”. So it will show you the next time you have to pay in the calendar
